The team gets into position and spots some Sectoids. Genevieve tries to get in a shot but it doesn't look good.
Tomas gets into a flanking position with one of the Sectoids and takes it out.
Another Sectoid gets into Tomas's crosshairs.
And does not survive.
The last of the Sectoid group is within range of Kyle's guns but he doesn't have a good shot. Might as well use a grenade. Especially when it is on a mindmelder!
With the first group down, the next group of Sectoids show up and start shooting.
Kyle takes the shot and downs another mindmelder.
Tomas tries to get into position to take out the remaining aliens.
And misses.
Genevieve decides to quickly put an end this battle with her rocket launcher.
And boy does she ever.
Promotions are the name of the game after a successful Operation Vengeful Dirge.
i was looking at the randomized mission prefix and suffix and i have to ask. Have you ever gotten operation "Hot Priest"?
ReplyDeleteHaha. No I haven't seen that. I'll be honest though I haven't really looked at the Operation titles until I started blogging the missions.
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine created some pretty entertaining name generators for our RPGs and posted them on his blog. Check out the Dwarven (http://www.impossibleboulder.com/2013/02/dwarven-name-generator.html) or Goblin (http://www.impossibleboulder.com/2013/01/goblin-name-generator.html) name generators. Some of those names are pretty silly :)
